COMPANY INTRODUCTION – BRIEF HISTORY
Being one of the oldest and long-established companies in Bursa, our company was founded as a weaving plant by a familial senior Huseyin Karabati in the neighborhood of Muradiye in Bursa in 1954 .
Batı Dokumacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a family-owned business and being managed by the Ustenci Family for three generations.
In 1986, when downtown facility occurred to be confined, our company built one of the first factory buildings in Demirtas Industrial Zone, and moved its weaving plant from downtown while adding warp sizing units.
As a reply to rising demands, our company established one of the biggest dyeing house today in Bursa with a great decision of investment in 1989.
Professionalized in plain dyeing sector, our company constructed a second factory within the same industrial zone, and decided to move warp, sizing and weaving units to that very new facility while the other facility being emptied was included into the integration with a fully-equipped printing plant. With the addition of a coating plant the company appeared to be a flawless one thanks to all above changes which took about one year.
Seizing new technologies and owing to finishing machinery and fabric testing laboratory accredited by Next under our own framework, our company is now one of the largest integrated facilities in Bursa.
With its full-time ready, dynamic and experienced staff, Batı Dokumacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a select and experienced corporate serving both domestic market and abroad with printed, dyed or coated weaving and knitted fabrics focused on women and sportswear.
