EXPERIENCE QUALITY AND EXPERTISE WITH US

Weaving

Our rapier looms are used primarily for the production of technical fabrics and fabrics for sportswear. Cotton, viscose, polyester yarns, nylon and their blends are used in the range of 20 denier to 1000 denier, spun into very fine and very thick filament yarns and as staple fibres. Cotton, viscose, polyester yarns, nylon and blends are used in the 20 Denier – 1000 Denier range with very fine and very thick filament yarns and staple fibres.

Military Fabrics

In the field of military fabrics, we are the ONLY LICENSED fabric manufacturer in Turkey for INVISTA's high-strength nylon CORDURA®. Technical fabrics, which have an important place today, are also used in the military field. Our company is the ONLY LICENSED MANUFACTURER IN TURKEY producing fabrics for military clothing and accessories from high-strength nylon CORDURA® 550Dtex, 770Dtex and 1100Dtex yarns manufactured by INVISTA in the UK.

Our CORDURA® brand fabrics are versatile: they are produced for domestic and international military clothing (snow suits, raincoats, parkas, moon boots, boots, etc.) and, thanks to their tear resistance, are also widely used in military accessories: rucksacks, cold weather and hot weather tent fabric, tarpaulins, watch cases, gun cases, rifle bags, belts, sleeping bags, thermal bags, camouflage covers.

With its extensive experience in the field of military fabrics and strong international partnerships, Batı Dokumacılık is able to produce high-quality products to meet your technical fabric requirements. We carry out analyses of the manufactured products ourselves in our high-tech laboratories.

Sportswear

As is well known, in addition to producing fabrics for women's clothing, our company also produces fabrics for sportswear. Coats, jackets, skiwear, tracksuits, swimwear, overcoats, parkas, windbreakers, parachutes and all sportswear are produced from specially manufactured fabrics with specific technical values, such as waterproof, coated or calendared fabrics. These values are checked and approved in our Next-accredited laboratory before our fabrics are shipped.

FABRIC TEST LABORATORY

The purpose of establishing our test laboratory is to meet our company's quality needs in the rapidly developing textile market with international traceability, and to carry out testing and experimental studies. Requested test services are performed correctly and precisely within the principles of impartiality, independence, and honesty. To implement this policy, traceable calibrations of the devices used are carried out annually, technical staff are trained, and a suitable working environment is provided. Since its establishment, our laboratory has received Next accreditation and possesses world-standard devices for each test. Work continues to add new standards. In our laboratory, there is a conditioning room in compliance with international norms and with continuous traceability, as well as a dark room to ensure healthy evaluation of test results. Here, in line with customer expectations, tests are conducted to determine whether fabrics have the desired properties, and our operations are guided according to the suitability of the results.

Military fabrics

Military fabric is a special type of textile focused on durability and protection; it is usually made from synthetic materials such as polyester, nylon or polyamide and has properties such as water resistance, wind resistance and UV protection. These fabrics are used in military uniforms, camouflage clothing and equipment.

Military fabric manufacturers

Military fabric manufacturers produce high-strength, waterproof, and tear-resistant fabrics for both the Turkish Armed Forces and for export.

Cordura

Cordura is a technical fabric brand known for its high durability. Originally developed by DuPont, it is now widely used in military equipment, outdoor clothing, and industrial products.

About Cordura fabric

Resistant to wear and tear: Much stronger than regular nylon. Water and stain resistant: Repels liquids thanks to special coatings. Durable: Can be used for years in products such as bags, shoes and uniforms. Various denier (thread thickness) options: Produced in different densities such as 330D, 500D, 1000D.

Bag fabrics

Military-grade fabrics used for bags are generally high-strength, waterproof, and tear-resistant materials. They are produced with polyester or nylon bases, made suitable for field use with camouflage patterns, and are preferred for military bags, cases, and equipment carrying products.
